Welcome to our deer skinning and butchering course!
This hands-on experience will take place in our beautiful woodland classroom, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature.
Led by experienced hunters and butchers, this course will teach you the essential skills needed to properly skin and butcher a deer. You will learn how to carefully and efficiently break down a deer into manageable cuts of meat, as well as the best ways to store and preserve that meat.
During the course, you will have the opportunity to work with real deer carcasses, using traditional tools and techniques to prepare the meat for consumption. You will also receive instruction on how to create delicious dishes from your newly acquired venison.
Not only will you gain valuable knowledge and skills, but this course also provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and learn about the sustainable practices of hunting and butchering.
